Keep The Cut-Step Straight

There should be a straight line from ankle to Knee to Hip as the foot touches the ground.

Heels To Hips

Your focus is on raising the lead-leg Heel straight UP into the hip, and allowing the trail-leg heel to do the same.

Keep Swinging The Arms

Allow the arms to continue swinging up and down. Do not alter them in any way shape or form.
